– Heat Pump 或 其它 Common Areas & Facilities 有其設计原意, 主要有美觀或實用考慮
– Heat Pump從80年後已廣範作商業應用, 原於其節能實用性
– Heat Pump有其成本而其效益必大於成本, 否則此物必會消失, 當然如果以【圍標價作成本】其效益就另計
– 【壞咗】停用了8年以上的3個駿景Heat Pump仍在合約保修中, 而每月保養工程单仍是【tested OK

2015/4/22 Resent email with below attached.
Please clarify why the broken heat pumps are still under maintenance and the maintenance records are showing them as “Work completed and tested OK”.
作賊心虛??? 2014 七月十七至今天(12月三日)未回覆簡單壞機日期問題. 而在OC會上加上其它機電系統項目魚目混珠,不回應/交待其失職事實???
是否違反 Buildings Energy Efficiency Ordinance?

We refer to your email message on 17 July 2014 and 22 July 2014 respectively.
Please be informed that the boilers and heat pumps were orignally installed for heating the water and maintaining the water temperature respectively for indoor swimming pool. However, as the system was malfunctioned for years, the water temperature was mainly maintained by boilers which led to a relatively high power consumption. In consideration of energy saving, we proposed to re-install a new heat pump system with migration to our air-cooled chillers. According to the cost benefit analysis, the life span of new heat pump system will be around 10 years while the payback of the installation will be around 3.1 years. In this connection, the cost saving will be around $300,000 per year and around $2,000,000 in these 10 years.
