15.商場上落貨區變停車場

3/19: 地政處已發信要求管理處糾正.
根據駿景批地契約,商場上落貨區原來設計共10個泊位(每座一個, 11m X 3.5m X 10即約4,000平方呎). 現時見到以下私家車及商户泊送貨綿羊是否合理合法?
上落貨區之收益是否入了住户賬?早前保險合約上住户支付的Loading Bay費用已提出爭議,見“怡和保險+啟勝的{專業}服務” http://eowner.info/?p=4014,未知誰人可以解話?
Commercial Common Areas and Facilities means and includes the Public Car Parking Areas and the space for loading and unloading of goods and service vehicles referred to in Special Condition No.45(b)(ii) of the Conditions and for refuse collection vehicles referred to in Special Condition No.45(b) of the Conditions provided on the ground floor of the Podium in accordance with the Master Plans and such of the drains, channels, sewers, pumps, wires, cables and other facilities whether ducted or otherwise serving the Commercial Accommodation, the Kindergarten and the Government Accommodation but not other parts of the Development;

    Dear Mr. CHENG,

    Your complaint about the captioned on 3.3.2014 has been referred to this office by Buildings Department.

    This office has conducted site inspection and has already issued a letter to the Royal Ascot Owner’s Committee and the concerned property manager to rectify the situation. We will keep monitoring the situation and take appropriate action as necessary.
